• Lead a urology service line with clinical and operational oversight.
• Oversee full spectrum of urologic procedures including inpatient and outpatient care.
• Establish and monitor quality and outcome metrics to maintain high standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative leadership for urology services in clinic and hospital settings.
• Participate in call coverage and emergency urologic services.
• Collaborate with clinic administration on scope of services, equipment planning, workflow optimization, and care pathways standardization.
• Lead multidisciplinary approach to patient care with primary care, oncology, nephrology and surgical teams.
• Lead quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance.
