Qualifications

• Lead clinical leadership for urology services in clinic and hospital settings.
• Deliver full spectrum of general urologic procedures including endoscopic, laparoscopic and open cases.
• Provide inpatient and outpatient urologic care with a focus on high standards and safety.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multidisciplinary care with primary care, oncology, nephrology, and surgical teams.
• Develop and monitor quality and outcome metrics for.urology services.
• Participate in strategic planning and growth initiatives for the urology service line.
• Assist in policy development, committee work, and credentialing processes.
