Your Talent Team is seeking a physician leader to head urology services in a clinic/hospital setting. You will oversee clinical operations, drive multidisciplinary care, and ensure high-quality outcomes across inpatient and outpatient urology services.

The role includes leading a team, optimizing workflows, and coordinating with primary care, oncology, nephrology, and surgical colleagues to expand the urology service line.

Qualificações

• Leadership in urology clinical and administrative domains.

• Experience with quality metrics and performance improvement.

Responsabilidades

• Provide clinical and administrative leadership for urology services within the clinic and hospital setting.
• Perform the full spectrum of general urologic procedures (endoscopic, laparoscopic, open).
• Deliver comprehensive inpatient and outpatient urologic care.
• Participate in call coverage and emergency urologic services.
• Collaborate on scope of services, equipment planning, workflow optimization, and care pathways.
• Lead a multidisciplinary approach to patient care with primary care, oncology, nephrology, and surgical teams.
• Establish and monitor quality and outcome metrics to ensure high standards of care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with regulatory and credentialing requirements.
