Job summary

Top Echelon Software LLC is seeking a physician leader to oversee urology services within a clinic-hospital setting. You will provide clinical and administrative leadership, guiding outpatient and inpatient care and coordinating with surgical, oncology, nephrology, and primary care teams.

You will drive quality metrics, standardize care pathways, and participate in strategic planning and resource optimization while maintaining regulatory compliance and strong referral networks.

Qualifications

• Provide clinical and administrative leadership for urology services in clinic and hospital settings.
• Perform a full spectrum of general urologic procedures, including endoscopic, laparoscopic, and open cases.
• Deliver inpatient and outpatient urologic care.
• Participate in call coverage and emergency urologic services.
• Collaborate with clinic administration on scope of services, equipment planning, workflow optimization, and standardization of care pathways.
• Lead multidisciplinary approach to patient care with primary care, oncology, nephrology, and surgical teams.
• Establish and monitor quality and outcome metrics to ensure high standards of care.
• Identify and address clinical and operational issues affecting the medical staff.
• Maintain strong referral relationships with community physicians and regional providers.
• Support development and expansion of the urology service line.
• Participate in strategic planning, including growth and outreach initiatives.
• Contribute to financial and operational oversight, including resource utilization, program performance, and efficiency improvements.
• Engage in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.
• Assist in development, review, and implementation of departmental policies and procedures.
• Participate in committee and leadership activities within the organization.
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with all regulatory and credentialing requirements.
