United Medical Systems seeks a Urology Scrub Technician to join its mobile healthcare team. You will assist in ureteroscopy and laser procedures, set up and maintain laser equipment in the OR, and ensure proper documentation and scheduling with facilities nationwide.

Ideal candidates have 1 year OR experience and some urology exposure; Holmium laser experience is a plus. Comprehensive benefits and full-time opportunities are provided.

Competenze

• Certified Scrub Tech or Surgical Technologist background preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience in an operating room setting.
• Urology experience preferred; Holmium laser experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of sterilization protocols is beneficial.

Mansioni

• Perform procedures per Laser protocols and prepare ureteroscopy/laser equipment in the OR.
• Assist Urologist during ureteroscopy and laser procedures.
• Report to facility 60 minutes before procedures and maintain logs per HIPAA.
• Inventory and maintain cystoscopy equipment and supplies; contact facilities to confirm schedules.
• Ensure reliable after-hours contact and coordinate with Laser Supervisor for patient scheduling.
• Maintain relationships with physician partners and keep Policies & Procedure Manuals up to date.
• Prep equipment for transport and ensure proper cleaning/disinfection and storage.
