Job summary

Boston Scientific is seeking a driven Clinical Specialist to support its Area by providing reliable technical, educational, operational and sales support. You will establish strong relationships with customers and patients, deliver clinical education, and assist in coordinating sales/marketing efforts across hospitals and clinics.

The role requires regional travel up to 50%, with a focus on ensuring exceptional patient care and meeting quarterly goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years clinical experience in medical devices or 5 years in urology as an RN.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel regionally; strong relationship management ability.

Responsibilities

• Establishes, develops, and maintains positive relationships with customers and patients.
• Provides clinical support in surgeries, troubleshooting and follow ups in hospitals and clinics.
• Educates customers staff on technical matters relating to Axonics products and therapies.
• Manages inventory for case coverage and trunk stock; coordinates sales and marketing efforts.
• Travels up to 50% and assists with education/training of new employees.
