Job summary

Boston Scientific is seeking a driven Clinical Specialist to help our Area achieve sales and patient service goals by providing reliable technical, educational, operational and sales support. You will build strong relationships with customers and patients, support surgeries, troubleshoot, and educate staff on Axonics products and therapies.

You will manage patient care documentation, coordinate with area directors, and travel up to 50% to cover accounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Willingness to travel regionally to support clinical needs.
• Confidence and professionalism in high-stakes clinical environments (ORs, clinics).

Responsibilities

• Establishes, develops, and maintains positive business relationships with customers and patients.
• Provides clinical support in surgeries, troubleshooting and follow ups in hospitals and clinics.
• Educates customers staff on technical matters relating to Axonics products and therapies.
• Manages inventory provided for case coverage and trunk stock.
• Visits accounts regularly to replenish literature and establish relationships with office staff.
