Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical development and provide leadership for the sacral neuromodulation field team.

• Recruit, hire and coach clinical representatives with HR collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and administer performance reviews.
• Conduct field rides and regional alignment of goals and best practices.
• Collaborate with field to support sales development and product knowledge.
