Boston Scientific is seeking a Regional Business Director, Urology, to lead regional commercial strategy, execution and talent development across the Urology portfolio. You will translate area priorities into territory plans, drive revenue growth, and build a high-performing field team with cross-functional partners.

This field-based role requires strong leadership, forecast and analytics capabilities, and the ability to travel 60–70% to support hospitals, ambulatory centers, and physician

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of successful sales experience.
• Previous leadership experience with demonstrated success leading sales teams is a plus.
• Demonstrated success driving revenue growth, market share expansion, quota attainment and sustained sales performance.
• Strong business acumen including forecasting, business planning, pipeline management, operating expense management, and performance analytics.
• Proven ability to coach and develop sales talent, build high-performing teams, and foster accountability and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a regional business plan aligned with Urology priorities, translating area strategy into territory goals and engagement plans.
• Deliver regional revenue growth, quota attainment, and market share expansion through forecasting and pipeline management.
• Lead and coach a high-performing team of Territory Managers with clear expectations and accountability.
• Champion a unified portfolio approach by driving cross-franchise collaboration and ensuring portfolio positioning based on customer needs and outcomes.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with key hospitals, ambulatory centers, physician practices, health systems, and strategic accounts in the region.
• Collaborate with Area VPs, Marketing, Sales Ops, Clinical, Finance, HR, National Accounts and other partners to align on strategy and resourcing.
• Support product launches, portfolio expansion, and strategic account opportunities through field execution and customer engagement.
• Manage regional operating expenses, CRM usage, and analytics to improve effectiveness and profitability.
• Assess market dynamics and competitive activity; adjust strategy and talent deployment accordingly.
• Model and reinforce ethical, compliant, and patient-centered sales practices.
