Job summary

Logan Health is seeking an RN for the Outpatient Specialty – Urology Procedural Clinic in Kalispell, MT. You will take vitals, administer meds, assist with cystoscopy, vasectomy and Botox, and ensure meticulous charting and patient education.

The role emphasizes collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, patient-centered care, and adherence to safety standards in a fast-paced outpatient setting. BSN preferred; MT license or compact licensure required.

Qualifications

• Current Montana RN License or a multi-state compact license with authorization to practice nursing in Montana.
• BSN degree preferred.
• Current HCP CPR certification required.
• RQI Provider (BLS) within seven days of hire/transfer or before independent patient care.
• Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented, self-starter, with strong communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Take patient vitals and administer medications with precision and care.
• Assist surgeons during urology procedures such as cystoscopy, vasectomy, and Botox injections.
• Handle charting and documentation to ensure accurate patient records.
• Prepare patients for procedures and provide compassionate care during post-procedure discharge.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care.
• Educate patients on treatment plans and medication information.
