Logan Health in Kalispell, MT, seeks an experienced RN to supervise six pediatric specialty clinics across Montana. You will lead our clinical team, mentor staff, and optimize day-to-day workflows while partnering with leadership on program development.

Travel ~1–2 days weekly to Missoula, Helena, Great Falls and Bozeman outreach clinics; base location is Kalispell within our Children’s Specialty Clinic. Day shifts, 40 hours weekly, with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Current Montana RN license or a multi state compact license; authorization to practice in Montana.
• Minimum of one (1) year leadership experience.
• Minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience.
• Pediatric experience highly preferred.
• RQI Provider (BLS) within seven (7) days of hire or before independent patient care.
• Strong business and budgeting skills; knowledge of government and reimbursement regulations.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Responsabilités

• Supervise day-to-day operations of the pediatric clinics and oversee staff performance.
• Ensure high-quality patient care from initial contact to discharge.
• Lead staff training and annual skills assessments and coordinate continued education.
• Assist with budget processes; monitor finances and drive revenue and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and accreditation requirements.
• Collaborate with leadership on planning and program development.
