Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate NP from an accredited program.
• Current New York NP license.
• Board Certification: FNP/AGPCNP/ANP.
• DEA registration and NY prescriptive authority.
• BLS certification.
• Urology experience or related specialty preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with electronic medical records (eCW preferred).

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations including medical histories and exams.
• Diagnose and manage a range of urologic conditions.
• Order, interpret, and communicate diagnostic tests and lab results.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Perform office-based procedures (catheter management, bladder scans).
• Assist with pre- and post-operative patient care.
• Educate patients on diagnoses, treatments, and preventive care.
• Prescribe medications per NY State regulations.
• Maintain accurate EHR documentation and participate in quality initiatives.
