NYU Grossman School of Medicine in Manhattan seeks a Nurse Practitioner in Urogynecology to provide comprehensive nursing care under a physician collaboration. You will diagnose, treat, prescribe per NYS law, and coordinate patient care in inpatient or outpatient settings.

Minimum qualifications include NYS NP licensure, a Master's in Nursing, and ANCC or equivalent board certification, plus BLS. Preferred ACLS/PALS and extensive nursing practice are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Licensure: Current NY RN and NP registrations.
• Master's Degree in Nursing.
• ANCC certification or equivalent board certification for NP speciality.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsabilités

• Plan and organize care per protocols and pathways.
• Monitor cost effectiveness and resource utilization.
• Support research protocol development and evaluation.
• Collaborate with nursing and other disciplines on studies.
• Advise using evidence-based practice to improve care.
• Monitor patient outcomes per standards and improve quality.
