Qualifikationen

• Must have DEA registration and New York State prescriptive authority.
• BLS certification required.
• Prior Urology experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, including medical histories and physical examinations.
• Diagnose and manage a variety of urologic conditions under established clinical protocols.
• Order, interpret, and communicate diagnostic tests and laboratory results.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Perform office-based procedures, including catheter management and bladder scans.
• Assist with pre-operative and post-operative patient care.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment options, medications, and preventive care.
• Prescribe medications in accordance with New York State regulations.
• Collaborate with physicians to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation in the EHR.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
