Management Performance Associates in Rutland, Vermont, seeks a full‑time Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) with urology experience to join our hospital-owned urology practice. The role offers an independent patient panel and strong physician collaboration in a supportive, team‑based setting.

The APP will provide comprehensive outpatient urology care, order and interpret diagnostics, develop treatment plans, educate patients, and participate in on-call coverage while maintaining thorough

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nursing.
• ANCC certification.
• Vermont licensure.
• AMA-approved Physician Assistant program.
• NCCPA certification.
• Vermont licensure (or ability to obtain).
• Unit-specific certifications as applicable (ACLS, TNCC, PALS, ENPC).
• Minimum 2 years of NP or PA experience in urology.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient urology care.
• Conduct detailed histories and physical examinations.
• Evaluate and manage acute and chronic urologic conditions.
• Order and interpret diagnostic studies (labs, imaging, etc.).
• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians.
• Provide patient education and counseling.
• Participate in first-call coverage as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Contribute to quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
