Job summary

ExcelliSearch, Inc. is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) with urology experience to join a hospital-owned urology practice in Rutland, Vermont.

The position offers independent patient panels, strong physician collaboration, and a balanced schedule (Mon-Fri, 8:00am–4:30pm). The role requires 2+ years NP/PA experience in urology, Vermont licensure or eligibility, and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years NP/PA experience in urology.
• Vermont licensure (or eligible to obtain).
• Unit-specific certifications (ACLS, TNCC, PALS, ENPC).
• Completion of patient/visitor de-escalation and restraint certification per department guidelines.
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team-based model.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient urology care
• Conduct detailed histories and physical examinations
• Evaluate and manage acute and chronic urologic conditions
• Order and interpret diagnostic studies (labs, imaging, etc.)
• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians
• Provide patient education and counseling
• Participate in first-call coverage as appropriate
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Contribute to quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
