Job summary

Ridgemont Resources, Inc. seeks a dedicated Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) with urology experience for a hospital-owned urology practice in Rutland, Vermont. The role offers an independent patient panel, strong physician collaboration, and excellent work-life balance.

We require 2+ years in urology, Vermont licensure (or eligibility), and relevant certifications. Compensation package includes a competitive salary, sign-on bonus, relocation, and loan assistance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of NP or PA experience in urology
• Vermont licensure (or ability to obtain)
• Unit-specific certifications as required (ACLS, TNCC, PALS, ENPC)
• Completion of patient/visitor de-escalation and restraint certification per department guidelines
• Strong clinical assessment and decision‑making skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team‑based model

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient urology care
• Conduct detailed histories and physical examinations
• Evaluate and manage acute and chronic urologic conditions
• Order and interpret diagnostic studies (labs, imaging, etc.)
• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians
• Provide patient education and counseling
• Participate in first-call coverage as appropriate
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Contribute to quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
