Job summary

ProVerum Inc. is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive early commercial growth for the ProVee System in Washington, DC/Baltimore, MD.

This remote role requires significant travel, reporting to the Regional Sales Director, and a proven record in urology device sales. You will establish facility approvals, build key relationships, and work cross-functionally with marketing and clinical teams to educate customers and drive adoption.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Medical Device sales experience.
• 5+ years Urology sales experience (BPH experience strongly preferred).
• Proven track record of building sales territories in Urology med device.

Responsibilities

• Drive early commercial growth in the assigned Territory for the ProVee System.
• Gain facility approval for the ProVee system at facilities within the Territory.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key personnel in accounts.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Education, and Clinical teams to train physicians and convey company messaging.
• Engage with physicians and urology stakeholders to support adoption and retention.
• Conduct product in-service training for clinical and facility staff.
• Meet and exceed sales quotas for VAC approvals, cases, revenue and claims.
• Drive patient data collection in the Patient Care Management system for ProVee patients.
