Job summary

ProVerum Inc. is seeking a Territory Sales Manager in the United States.

The role focuses on driving early commercial growth for the ProVee System for BPH, with significant travel and remote work supported by a regional framework. You will build and manage sales in your territory, secure facility approvals, train clinicians, and collaborate across Marketing, Education, and Clinical teams to maximize adoption and revenue.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in building sales territories in medical devices.
• Minimum 10 years of medical device sales experience.
• Minimum 5 years in Urology sales, BPH experience preferred.
• Demonstrated success meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong motivation, target-driven mentality, and initiative.

Responsibilities

• Drive early commercial growth in territory and execute go-to-market strategy.
• Gain facility approval for ProVee system at facilities in territory.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key personnel in assigned accounts.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Education, and Clinical Affairs for training and messaging.
• Engage with physicians and urology stakeholders to drive adoption and retention.
• Conduct product in-service training for clinical and facility staff.
• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
