Job summary

Intuitive is seeking a Urology Gynecology Sales Representative in the Tampa, FL area to drive growth in key markets. You will train surgeons, collaborate with regional leadership, and leverage ISI ecosystem resources to expand the URO/GYN footprint.

The role requires 5+ years of sales experience with at least 2 years in healthcare sales and the ability to travel up to 25%. Bachelor’s degree is required, and relocation to the Tampa area is expected.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate URO/GYN growth rates.
• Train Net New Gynecologists and Urologists to Total Practice.
• Pivot Gynecologists and Urologists to Total Practice with SP for Urologic Procedures.
• Establish regional case observation sites & Epicenters.
• Build a robust data set showing value of da Vinci.
• Collaborate with sales leadership on market development activities.
• Serve as market intelligence liaison for Uro/Gyn marketing and training.
• Partner with Academic Marketing and Sales to enhance resident education.
