Job summary

Syneos Health, Inc. based in Birmingham, AL is seeking a Urology Specialty Representative to drive product adoption across targeted urology accounts, including large group practices and hospital-affiliated clinics.

You will engage urologists, APPs, administrators, and clinical staff to support patient identification, treatment selection, and appropriate product utilization within the approved indication. In this role you will develop and execute an integrated territory business plan, deliver

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree from an accredited institution.
• 4+ years of demonstrated pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%, including overnight travel.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide scientific and clinical information within the disease state area and approved product.
• Deliver branded product presentations to physicians, APPs, medical staff, and clinic personnel using a customer engagement selling model.
• Collaborate across a matrixed sales organization with cross-functional partners to drive alignment and execution.
• Develop and execute an integrated territory business plan to maximize sales and growth opportunities.
• Manage the territory budget to support sales and marketing activities.
• Complete administrative tasks promptly and maintain compliance with corporate policies.
