Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business, healthcare, or closely related field.
• Seven years in health care, finance, or relevant experience with five years management experience; HM applicants: six years with four years of progressively responsible management experience will be considered.
• Experience in a physician organization or clinical practice setting.
• Fellow of American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) (Preferred)

Responsabilités

• Oversees strategic and operational/high-level projects and processes, independently or with teams.
• Directs staff development, staffing decisions and performance evaluations to meet objectives.
• Drives employee engagement and ensures compliance with policies, procedures and regulations.
