Qualifications

• Experience: Level 1 requires 1+ year of professional work experience; Level 2 requires 3+ years in customer service, with at least 6 months in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Schedules patient appointments via phone or in person.
• Answers and routes telephone calls to appropriate staff.
• Verifies insurance eligibility and PCP referrals.
• Collects and processes payments; issues receipts.
• Updates patient demographics and maintains accurate chart information.
