Job summary

Henderson Group seeks a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) with urology experience to join a hospital-owned urology practice in Rutland, Vermont. The APP will manage an independent patient panel with strong physician collaboration and an excellent work-life balance.

Responsibilities include comprehensive outpatient urology care, detailed histories and exams, managing acute and chronic conditions, ordering and interpreting tests, and developing treatment plans with supervising

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of NP or PA experience in urology is required.
• Vermont licensure or ability to obtain licensure is required.
• ACLS, TNCC, PALS, ENPC as applicable per department guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient urology care.
• Conduct detailed histories and physical examinations.
• Evaluate and manage acute and chronic urologic conditions.
• Order and interpret diagnostic studies (labs, imaging, etc.).
• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians.
• Provide patient education and counseling.
• Participate in first-call coverage as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Contribute to quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
