Top Echelon LLC is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) with urology experience to join a hospital-owned urology practice in Rutland, Vermont. The role offers an independent patient panel and close physician collaboration.

You will perform outpatient urology care, conduct histories and exams, and develop treatment plans in coordination with supervising physicians. Vermont licensure and NP/PA experience in urology are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Nursing required.
• National ANCC certification (or equivalent).
• Vermont State Board of Nursing licensure.
• Graduate of an AMA-approved Physician Assistant program.
• NCCPA certification.
• Minimum 2 years NP/PA urology experience.
• Vermont licensure or ability to obtain.
• ACLS/TNCC/PALS/ENPC certifications as applicable.
• Completion of patient/visitor de-escalation training.
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient urology care
• Conduct detailed histories and physical examinations
• Evaluate and manage acute and chronic urologic conditions
• Order and interpret diagnostic studies (labs, imaging, etc.)
• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians
• Provide patient education and counseling
• Participate in first-call coverage as appropriate
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Contribute to quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
