Job summary

Talent Solutions Partners is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) with urology experience to join a hospital-owned urology practice in Rutland, Vermont. The role offers an independent patient panel and strong physician collaboration for excellent work-life balance.

You will provide comprehensive outpatient urology care, perform histories and exams, and develop treatment plans in partnership with supervising physicians. Vermont licensure or eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of NP or PA experience in urology.
• Vermont licensure or ability to obtain licensure.
• Unit-specific certifications as applicable (ACLS, TNCC, PALS, ENPC).
• Completion of patient/visitor de-escalation and restraint certification.
• Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient urology care.
• Conduct histories and physical examinations.
• Evaluate and manage acute and chronic urologic conditions.
• Order and interpret diagnostic studies.
• Develop and implement treatment plans with supervising physicians.
• Provide patient education and counseling.
• Participate in first-call coverage as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Contribute to quality improvement and patient safety.
