Job summary

Horan Hiring Solutions, LLC is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) with urology experience to join a hospital-owned practice in Rutland, VT. Enjoy independent patient panels, strong physician collaboration, and a balanced schedule.

The role requires 2+ years in urology with Vermont licensure or the ability to obtain it, plus ACLS/TNCC/PALS/ENPC as applicable. Competitive compensation with benefits and a sign-on package are offered.

Qualifications

• NP requires a Master’s in Nursing and ANCC certification.
• PA requires an AMA-approved PA program and NCCPA certification.
• Vermont licensure or ability to obtain licensure is required for both paths.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient urology care.
• Take detailed histories and perform physical examinations.
• Evaluate and manage acute and chronic urologic conditions.
• Order and interpret labs and imaging.
• Develop and implement treatment plans with physicians.
• Educate patients and families.
• Participate in first-call coverage as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to quality initiatives.
