Job summary

Kingfisher Recruiting is seeking a Urologist for a full-time role in Hobart, IN. The position offers a design-your-own-practice approach within a premier, tech-forward environment, including HIMSS Stage VII facilities.

Responsibilities include hospital-based urology care, surgeries with robotic platforms, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Proficiency with EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation is preferred; compensation is negotiable with RVU-based incentives and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in urology.
• MD/DO degree from an accredited program.
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Urology Residency.
• Ability to obtain an unrestricted Indiana medical license and CSR/DEA registration.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient and inpatient urological care including diagnosis, treatment, and surgical intervention.
• Perform a variety of urological surgeries utilizing advanced technology and robotic platforms.
• Utilize the EPIC EMR system and AI tools for precise clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team within a paperless HIMSS Stage VII environment.
• Design and grow a clinical practice with subspecialty interests such as oncology, robotics, or stones.
