Job summary

H. T. PROF Group is seeking a Urologist to join their well-established healthcare provider in Hobart, Indiana. This full-time position offers a competitive salary in the range of $415,000 to $485,000 per year, along with a flexible work schedule from Monday to Friday. Candidates will have the unique opportunity to design their practice while engaging in advanced surgical interventions and utilizing cutting-edge technology in a HIMSS Stage VII environment. The role includes relevant responsibilities, comprehensive urological care, and a focus on continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain an unrestricted Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration.
• Willingness to utilize AI-integrated clinical documentation and predictive tools.
• Ability to perform a full range of general urological procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient and inpatient urological care including diagnosis, treatment, and surgical intervention.
• Perform a variety of urological surgeries utilizing advanced technology and robotic platforms.
• Engage in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.

Skills

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology

Prior experience with EPIC EMR

Proficiency in a paperless, high-informatics clinical environment

Education

Degree from an accredited MD or DO program

Completion of an ACGME-accredited Urology Residency
