Job summary

Food Management Search, Inc. is seeking a Urologist for a full-time position in Hobart, IN. The role offers a flexible schedule within a premier tech-forward healthcare facility and a chance to design your practice around professional goals.

Responsibilities include outpatient and inpatient urological care, robotic surgeries, and leveraging AI tools for documentation in a paperless HIMSS Stage VII setting. Board certification/eligibility and Indiana licensure readiness are required;

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology.
• MD or DO degree from accredited program.
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited Urology Residency.
• Ability to obtain an unrestricted Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration.
• Prior EPIC EMR experience preferred.
• Willingness to utilize AI-integrated clinical documentation and predictive tools.
• Proficiency in a paperless HIMSS Stage VII environment.
• Ability to perform a full range of general urological procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient and inpatient urological care including diagnosis, treatment, and surgical intervention.
• Clinic patients per day: flexible.
• Call Rotation: 1:4.
• Perform urological surgeries utilizing robotic platforms as needed.
• Utilize EPIC EMR and integrated AI tools for documentation.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team within a paperless HIMSS Stage VII environment.
• Design and grow a clinical practice with subspecialties such as oncology, robotics, or stones.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and operations.
• Maintain communication with referring physicians for seamless care coordination.
• Adhere to hospital bylaws and regulatory requirements for safety and compliance.
