Job summary

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in urology.
• MD/DO from an accredited program.
• Completion of an ACGME-accredited urology residency.
• Ability to obtain Indiana medical license and CSR/DEA registration.
• Experience with EPIC EMR preferred.
• Willingness to use AI-enabled clinical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient and inpatient urological care.
• Perform a variety of urological surgeries using advanced tech and robotics.
• Utilize EPIC EMR and AI tools for precise documentation.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a paperless HIMSS VII environment.
• Design and grow a practice with subspecialty interests such as oncology, robotics, or stones.
• Engage in continuous quality improvement to enhance outcomes and efficiency.
• Maintain communication with referring physicians for seamless care.
