Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
• Completion of ACGME-accredited Urology Residency
• Ability to obtain Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration
• Experience with EPIC EMR preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient and inpatient urological care including diagnosis, treatment, and surgical intervention
• Perform variety of urological surgeries with advanced technology and robotic platforms
• Utilize EPIC EMR and AI tools for precise clinical documentation
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team in a paperless HIMSS Stage VII environment
• Design and grow a clinical practice with subspecialty interests such as oncology, robotics, or stones
• Engage in quality improvement to enhance patient outcomes and efficiency
• Maintain communication with referring physicians for seamless care coordination
