Job summary

Ridgemont Resources, Inc. seeks a Board Certified or Board Eligible Urologist to join a hospital-employed practice in Rutland/Killington, Vermont. This is a general urology role with potential subspecialty interests and a standard 8am–5pm schedule, plus a 1:4 call rotation.

The position offers competitive compensation, a signing bonus, relocation assistance, and educational loan repayment, along with Ttail malpractice coverage and CME support. Vermont license eligibility is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general urology care in outpatient and inpatient settings
• Diagnose and manage a wide range of urologic conditions
• Perform urologic surgical procedures with dedicated OR time
• Collaborate with APPs and multidisciplinary teams for coordinated patient care

Job Type: Full time. 8am-5pm. Monday - Friday.1:4 call rotation

Location: Rutland / Killington, Vermont

We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Urologist to join a dynamic, hospital-employed practice within a respected independent community hospital. This is a general urology position with the opportunity to incorporate subspecialty interests.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general urology care in outpatient and inpatient settings
• Diagnose and manage a wide range of urologic conditions
• Perform urologic surgical procedures with dedicated OR time
• Collaborate with APPs and multidisciplinary teams for coordinated patient care

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Completion of an accredited Urology residency program
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
• Eligible for or holding an active Vermont medical license
• Eligible for hospital credentialing and privileges
• Strong surgical and clinical skills with commitment to patient-centered care
