Job summary

Ashton North LLC in Rutland, Vermont seeks a Board Certified or Board Eligible Urologist to join a hospital-employed practice. This is a general urology role with potential subspecialty interests, offering a competitive salary and relocation support.

The position is full-time, 8:00–17:00, Monday–Friday, with a 1:4 call rotation. It includes signing bonus, relocation assistance, and loan repayment options, plus perquisites and benefits.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited Urology residency program.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology.
• Eligible for Vermont medical license and hospital credentialing.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general urology care in outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Diagnose and manage a wide range of urologic conditions.
• Perform urologic surgical procedures with dedicated OR time.
• Collaborate with APPs and multidisciplinary teams for coordinated patient care.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation.
• Contribute to quality improvement and clinical excellence initiatives.

Location: Rutland / Killington, Vermont
