Job summary

RRC Solutions Group is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Urologist to join a hospital-employed, community hospital practice in Rutland/Killington, Vermont.

This general urology position offers a traditional 8am-5pm schedule, 1:4 call rotation, and opportunities to pursue subspecialty interests within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• MD/DO from an accredited medical school
• Completion of an accredited Urology residency program
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
• Eligible for Vermont medical license and hospital credentialing

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general urology care in outpatient and inpatient settings
• Diagnose and manage a wide range of urologic conditions
• Perform urologic surgical procedures with dedicated OR time
• Collaborate with APPs and multidisciplinary teams for coordinated patient care
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation
• Contribute to quality improvement and clinical excellence initiatives
