Professional Recruiting Consultants, Inc. is recruiting a Board Certified or Board Eligible Urologist for a hospital-employed practice in Rutland, Vermont. The role offers a general urology focus with subspecialty interest options and a 8am-5pm schedule with 1:4 call.

Compensation is competitive with signing bonus, relocation, and loan repayment, plus PSLF-eligible employer and comprehensive benefits. Vermont license eligibility and credentialing are required, with strong surgical and clinical

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited Urology residency program.
• Board certification or eligibility in Urology.
• Eligibility for Vermont medical license.
• Eligibility for hospital credentialing and privileges.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general urology care in outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Diagnose and manage a wide range of urologic conditions.
• Perform urologic surgical procedures with dedicated OR time.
• Collaborate with APPs and multidisciplinary teams for patient care.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation.
• Participate in quality improvement and clinical excellence initiatives.

Job Type: Full time. 8am-5pm. Monday - Friday.1:4 call rotation

Location: Rutland / Killington, Vermont

We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Urologist to join a dynamic, hospital-employed practice within a respected independent community hospital. This is a general urology position with the opportunity to incorporate subspecialty interests.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general urology care in outpatient and inpatient settings
• Diagnose and manage a wide range of urologic conditions
• Perform urologic surgical procedures with dedicated OR time
• Collaborate with APPs and multidisciplinary teams for coordinated patient care
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation
• Contribute to quality improvement and clinical excellence initiatives

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Completion of an accredited Urology residency program
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
• Eligible for or holding an active Vermont medical license
• Eligible for hospital credentialing and privileges
• Strong surgical and clinical skills with commitment to patient-centered care
