Job summary

Clear Concepts, Inc. in Rutland, VT is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Urologist to join a hospital-employed practice. This is a general urology position with the opportunity to incorporate subspecialty interests.

The role is full-time, 8am–5pm, Monday through Friday, with a 1:4 call rotation. Competitive compensation includes signing bonus, relocation assistance, and loan repayment, along with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited Urology residency program.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology.
• Eligible for or holding an active Vermont medical license.
• Eligible for hospital credentialing and privileges.
• Strong surgical and clinical skills with commitment to patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general urology care in outpatient and inpatient settings
• Diagnose and manage a wide range of urologic conditions
• Perform urologic surgical procedures with dedicated OR time
• Collaborate with APPs and multidisciplinary teams for coordinated patient care
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation
• Contribute to quality improvement and clinical excellence initiatives
