Job summary

Sora Resource Group is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Urologist to join a hospital-employed practice in Rutland, Vermont. The role is general urology with potential subspecialty interests and a standard 8am-5pm schedule with a 1:4 on-call rotation.

You will provide comprehensive care in outpatient and inpatient settings, perform surgeries, and collaborate with APPs and multidisciplinary teams. Compensation includes signing bonus, relocation support, and loan repayment.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Completion of an accredited Urology residency program.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology.
• Eligible for or holding an active Vermont medical license.
• Eligible for hospital credentialing and privileges.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive general urology care in outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Diagnose and manage a wide range of urologic conditions.
• Perform urologic surgical procedures with dedicated OR time.
• Collaborate with APPs and multidisciplinary teams for coordinated patient care.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation.
• Contribute to quality improvement and clinical excellence initiatives.
