Job summary

Intuitive Surgical in San Diego seeks a Urology Gynecology Sales Representative to accelerate growth in Urology and Gynecology within key markets, partnering with local sales leadership to assess opportunities and train surgeons toward autonomy.

You will leverage the ISI ecosystem—Digital, Genesis, MACA, and more—to expand market presence, while collaborating with academic marketing and sales to enhance resident education in Gyn and Uro.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, including 2+ years in healthcare sales.
• Ability to travel up to 25% and work nights/weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Accelerate the URO/GYN growth in strategic markets.
• Train Net New Gynecologists and Urologists to Total Practice.
• Pivot Gynecologists and Urologists to Total Practice to include SP for Urologic Procedures.
• Establish regional case observation sites & Epicenters.
• Build a robust QTI data set showing clinical and economic value of da Vinci.
• Partner with sales leadership for strategic market development activities.
• Serve as the market intelligence liaison for Uro/Gyn marketing and training teams.
• Collaborate with Intuitive Academic Marketing and Sales to enhance resident education in Gyn and Uro.
• Develop future training pipeline by vetting candidates for training feasibility.
