Job summary

Willamette Family Inc. in Eugene, OR is seeking an Urinalysis Technician to perform observed and unobserved UA collections for our male patients, following federal and state regulations.

On-site role requires strong teamwork and communication and the ability to handle sensitive information. You will maintain the UA program in our EHR, coordinate scheduling, document results, and support reception and intake duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and EHR systems.
• Ability to follow oral and written directions and de-escalate when needed.
• Strong communication and teamwork within a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate observation of UA collections (observed and unobserved).
• Process and document UA samples in the EHR.
• Provide coverage for receptionist and intake duties as needed.
