Job summary

Willamette Family is seeking an Urinalysis Technician to perform observed and unobserved UA collections for male patients, on-site in Eugene, OR. Responsibilities include direct observation during urine collection in accordance with regulations and organizational policy.

The role requires teamwork, documentation, and adherence to confidentiality and HIPAA standards. The position is full-time with a 10:30am–7:30pm schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong ability to follow written and oral directions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Office 365).
• Ability to de-escalate and respond to changing environments.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate collection of observed and unobserved urinalysis (UA).
• Process and document UA samples in the EHR.
• Provide coverage for other administrative support roles as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA/42 CFR Part 2.
