JusticePoint is seeking a Urinalysis (UA) Sample Collector to coordinate and observe urine testing for program participants, ensuring confidentiality, accuracy, and strict adherence to protocols. The role supports operations by maintaining QC standards and communicating results to the case management team.

The position requires professionalism, the ability to work with diverse populations, and comfort with data entry and stock management of UA testing materials.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma required.
• Pass a pre-employment background check.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong de-escalation and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to work with clients with substance use and mental health needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform urine specimen collection following program procedures and observed screens.
• Provide professional service and protect clients’ privacy.
• Organize workflow to ensure efficient and accurate testing.
• Ensure compliance with quality control and quality improvement protocols.
• Order and maintain stock of UA testing materials.
• Complete data entry requirements.
• Assure client confidentiality per 42 CFR and HIPAA.
• Other duties as assigned.
