Job summary

gpac is actively seeking a Restoration Estimator - Mitigation to join our growing team serving residential and commercial clients. You will prepare detailed estimates using Xactimate, coordinate with mitigation crews, and guide projects from estimate to closeout with accuracy and professionalism.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years estimating in restoration, experience with documentation and insurance liaising, and prefer IICRC certification.

Qualifications

• Xactimate proficiency required; Matterport preferred.
• 3+ years estimating and field experience.
• Experience in documenting, compliance, and insurance.
• IICRC certification preferred but not required.
• Ability to manage multiple estimates/projects simultaneously.
• Proactive, dependable, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

URGENTLY NEEDED! Restoration Estimator - Mitigation We are actively seeking a motivated and professional Restoration Estimator to join a well-established and rapidly growing restoration company. This company has built a strong reputation for excellence in residential and commercial restoration, serving clients throughout the area. This position is ideal for a driven and detail-oriented Estimator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in professionalism, quality, and client satisfaction. You'll step in to handle estimating on the mitigation and reconstruction side for both residential and commercial projects, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed and accurate estimates using Xactimate (experience w/ Matterport is a plus)following mitigation and contents restoration.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and documentation from estimate to closeout.
• Collaborate closely with mitigation teams and clients to ensure smooth transitions into reconstruction.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, business owners, and insurance representatives.
• Maintain a high standard of client service and professionalism.
• Participate in company culture and team initiatives, including quarterly meetings and community service events.

Requirements

• Xactimate is a MUST, Matterport is preferred
• 3+ yrs experience estimating and being in the field
• Experience in documenting, compliance, insurance
• IICRC certification is preferred but not required
• Proven ability to manage multiple estimates/projects simultaneously
• Must be proactive, dependable, and capable of working independently without micromanagement
