Job summary

gpac is seeking an experienced Restoration Estimator to join a fast-growing mitigation company in Nebraska. You will handle estimating for mitigation and reconstruction on residential and commercial projects, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and top-notch client service.

The role requires expertise in Xactimate (Matterport a plus), strong multitasking skills, and the ability to manage multiple estimates simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience estimating and field work
• Experience in documenting, compliance, and insurance
• IICRC certification preferred but not required
• Proven ability to manage multiple estimates/projects simultaneously
• Proactive, dependable, and able to work independently without micromanagement

Responsibilities

• Create detailed and accurate estimates using Xactimate following mitigation and contents restoration
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and documentation from estimate to closeout
• Collaborate with mitigation teams and clients to ensure smooth transitions into reconstruction
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, business owners, and insurance representatives
• Maintain a high standard of client service and professionalism
• Participate in company culture and team initiatives, including quarterly meetings and community service events

This position is ideal for a driven and detail-oriented Estimator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in professionalism, quality, and client satisfaction. You'll step in to handle estimating on the mitigation and reconstruction side for both residential and commercial projects, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed and accurate estimates using Xactimate (experience w/ Matterport is a plus) following mitigation and contents restoration.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and documentation from estimate to closeout.
• Collaborate closely with mitigation teams and clients to ensure smooth transitions into reconstruction.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, business owners, and insurance representatives.
• Maintain a high standard of client service and professionalism.
• Participate in company culture and team initiatives, including quarterly meetings and community service events.
