Job summary

gpac is actively seeking a Restoration Estimator - Mitigation to join our growing team serving residential and commercial clients. You will prepare detailed estimates using Xactimate, coordinate with mitigation crews, and guide projects from estimate to closeout with accuracy and professionalism.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years estimating in restoration, experience with documentation and insurance liaising, and prefer IICRC certification.

Qualifications

• Xactimate proficiency required; Matterport preferred.
• 3+ years estimating and field experience.
• Experience in documenting, compliance, and insurance.
• IICRC certification preferred but not required.
• Ability to manage multiple estimates/projects simultaneously.
• Proactive, dependable, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed estimates using Xactimate for mitigation and contents restoration.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and documentation from estimate to closeout.
• Collaborate with mitigation teams and clients for smooth transitions to reconstruction.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, business owners, and insurers.
• Maintain high standards of client service and professionalism.
• Participate in company culture and team initiatives.
