Job summary

Exhava Home Care is seeking compassionate, dependable, and experienced caregivers to provide high-quality in-home care for our clients in California. Weekend availability is preferred, and you will help ensure client safety, provide companionship, and assist with daily routines and personal care.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of caregiving experience.
• Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration.
• Current TB test result or chest X-ray documentation.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license and active auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with morning and evening routines.
• Provide personal care, including bathing, grooming, toileting, and dressing.
• Assist with mobility and incontinence care.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Monitor client safety and comfort.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Light housekeeping and maintaining a safe home environment.
• Document care activities and report changes to the care team.
• Follow individualized care plans while promoting dignity and independence.
