Job summary

Exhava Home Care is seeking compassionate caregivers to provide in-home support, helping clients stay safe, comfortable, and as independent as possible. You will deliver personal care, meals, and companionship tailored to each client’s care plan.

As part of our team, you’ll receive ongoing training, weekly pay, and flexible scheduling in a supportive environment that values caregivers as highly as clients.

Qualifications

• Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration required.
• Current TB test result or chest X-ray as required by applicable regulations.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and daily support to clients in their homes.
• Perform meal preparation and provide medication reminders per care plan.
• Offer companionship and engaging activities to reduce isolation.
• Ensure client safety, comfort, and independence.
• Light housekeeping to maintain a clean living environment.

Your Role

As a Caregiver, you will provide compassionate and dependent support based on each client's individual needs and care plan. Your responsibilities may include:

• Personal Care Assistance – Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other activities of daily living.


• Meal Preparation & Medication Reminders – Prepare meals, assist with feeding when needed, and provide medication reminders according to the client's care plan.


• Companionship & Engagement – Provide meaningful companionship, conversation, and engaging activities.


• Behavioral Support – Provide patient, respectful guidance and reassurance when needed.


• Safety & Comfort – Help maintain a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment for our clients.


• Light Housekeeping – Assist with maintaining a clean and organized living environment.

Requirements

• Prior caregiving experience is a plus


• Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration


• Current TB test result or chest X-ray, as required by applicable regulations


• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.


• Valid driver's license and active auto insurance
