Job summary

Exhava Home Care is seeking compassionate, dependable, and experienced caregivers to provide high-quality in-home care for our clients in the Spring Valley area. This position is ideal for caregivers who are available to work weekends and enjoy providing compassionate support to older adults.

You will help ensure client safety, provide companionship, and assist with essential personal care and daily routines. Exhava Home Care values and supports its caregivers with ongoing training and guidance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of caregiving experience.
• Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration.
• Current TB test result or chest X-ray documentation.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver's license with active auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with morning and evening routines.
• Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, toileting, and dressing.
• Assist with mobility and incontinence care.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Monitor client safety and comfort.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping and maintain a safe home environment.
• Document care activities and report concerns to the care team.
• Follow individualized care plans while promoting dignity and independence.
