First State Urgent Vet – Wilmington is seeking an outgoing Client Service Representative to be the welcoming face of our urgent care hospital in Wilmington, DE. You will create exceptional client experiences, manage appointments and patient flow, handle phones and in-person interactions, process transactions, and support clients with essential service information with calm, empathy, and organization.

The role is part-time with weekend availability (10-hour shifts, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM).

Qualifikationen

• 1+ years of experience in a customer service, reception, or client-facing role.
• Previous veterinary receptionist or healthcare front-desk experience strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in managing a multi-phone line system and assisting in-person clients.
