This hands-on position emphasizes quality, safety, and accurate production records, with overtime and occasional Saturdays. The work is fully onsite at our SAN DIEGO facility, offering practical growth in a manufacturing setting.

ELECTRO-MECHANICAL ASSEMBLER 2nd Shift Available

Job Summary:

Seeking an Electro-Mechanical Assembler to perform assembly and subassembly of electronic and mechanical components, including cable harnesses, connectors, modules, and chassis assemblies. The role requires following drawings, wiring diagrams, and work instructions to produce high-quality products in a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble electro-mechanical components and subassemblies.
• Read and follow assembly drawings, wiring diagrams, and work instructions.
• Use hand tools, soldering equipment, volt meters, and basic test instruments.
• Perform soldering, inspection, testing, troubleshooting, and rework as needed.
• Ensure products meet quality and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
• Follow established manufacturing processes and safety procedures.

Job Type & Location

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
